Our Story
Shortly after becoming neighbors in 2018, George and J became close friends. One of the key drivers of their friendship was the fact that they both can throw down in the kitchen. With years of bouncing recipes off of each other, it became a dream of theirs to start a business. They felt that it would only be right to share their culinary gifts with others. Subsequently, Gourmet Gang was formed in 2025. The word "Gourmet" absolutely speaks for itself, and "Gang"? Well, there's only one way to describe that... It should be a crime how good our food is!

J Bryce Joiner
J Bryce Joiner, a native of Cleveland, began his culinary journey at the age of 14. As a child, he learned foundational skills by observing and studying his grandmother's cooking techniques in the kitchen. His culinary expertise lies in soul and comfort foods. His signature dish is the 6 Cheese Mac, a recipe that combines elements from his grandmother’s, his mother’s, and his own culinary styles.

At the age of 35, I developed strong skills in cooking and flavor pairing. My culinary knowledge was shaped by observing my mother and grandparents in the kitchen, as well as participating in traditional Greek Easter lamb preparations. As a proud Greek, I incorporate cultural influences into my dishes. Having grown up surrounded by delicious food, I have come to appreciate the satisfaction of seeing others enjoy the meals I prepare.
